What Is Summer Session?
Summer Session allows both matriculated and non-matriculated (i.e. Open University)
students to enroll in summer classes at San José State University.
The program offers hundreds of courses to choose from across three sessions offered:
Please note that one set of deadlines and payment due dates apply to all three sessions.
Before enrolling in a class, students must meet any required course prerequisites.
Academic credits earned during Summer Session may be used towards the completion of your SJSU bachelor's or master's degree.
Advanced Web Registration for regular or Matriculated students begins Monday, April 11 and ends Wednesday, May 25.
Registration for Non-Matriculated students begins Monday, April 25.
