What Is Summer Session?
Summer Session allows both matriculated and non-matriculated (Open University "OU" students, those who do not have official admission to San José State University), to enroll in Summer classes at San José State University.
The program offers hundreds of courses to choose from across three sessions:
Before enrolling in a class, students must meet any required course prerequisites.
Academic credits earned during Summer Session may be used towards the completion of your SJSU bachelor's or master's degree.
Advanced Web Registration for regular or Matriculated students begins Monday, April 9 and ends Friday, May 25.
Registration for non-matriculated students begins Monday, April 23 and ends Friday, May 25.
Three Sessions Offered:
Session I: June 4 – July 6 (five-week)
Session II: July 9 – August 10 (five-week)
Session III: June 4 – August 10 (ten-week)
